Instructor Terms & Conditions

By joining Al Quran Visions as an instructor, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, ensuring a high standard of teaching and professionalism in our online Quran education services.

Employment & Payment

  • Upon acceptance as an instructor, you must comply with Al Quran Visions’ teaching policies and standards.
  • Instructors will receive monthly payments, which are processed at the end of each month.
  • Payments are subject to timely class completion and adherence to the schedule.
  • Salary increments may be considered annually based on performance and company policies.

Class Management & Attendance

  • Instructors are expected to adhere to their assigned schedule and conduct classes on time.
  • In case of an emergency leave, prior notice of at least 6 hours must be given to management.
  • If an instructor is absent without prior notice, their salary may be deducted accordingly.
  • Instructors must accommodate makeup classes if a student has provided an approved leave request.
  • If an instructor remains absent for more than 2 weeks without prior notice, their contract may be terminated.

Student Interaction & Confidentiality

  • Instructors must maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward students and parents.
  • Personal contact information (phone number, email, address, payment details, etc.) must not be shared with students or parents.
  • All communication with students should be conducted through the approved Al Quran Visions platform or assigned communication channels.
  • Instructors are prohibited from engaging in private tutoring with students outside of Al Quran Visions.

Quality Assurance & Performance Standards

  • Instructors must follow the structured curriculum provided by Al Quran Visions and adapt lessons based on student progress.
  • Teaching performance will be regularly monitored and evaluated through student feedback and management reviews.
  • If an instructor is found to be underperforming, training or corrective measures may be implemented.
  • Al Quran Visions reserves the right to replace instructors if necessary for maintaining quality education.

Resignation & Termination

  • Instructors must provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice if they wish to resign.
  • If an instructor is terminated, they must not continue private contact with students for personal tutoring.
  • Al Quran Visions will not be responsible for any private engagements between instructors and students after termination.

Holiday & Leave Policies

  • Eid holidays are the only paid leaves granted in the year. There will be no makeup classes or deductions for these leaves.
  • Any additional leave must be approved in advance, and instructors should accommodate make-up classes when possible.

Policy Updates

  • Al Quran Visions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be communicated and updated on our official website.

By accepting a teaching role at Al Quran Visions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, ensuring a professional and high-quality learning experience for our students.
